How is Helpicorn different from a chatbot?

Helpicorn is built to finish tasks, not just talk about them. When you ask for something, it makes a plan, shows each step as it works, researches with sources, and hands you finished, editable documents, like a campaign plan, appeal letter, and email series, saved in your workspace.

Will Helpicorn send emails for me?

No. Helpicorn prepares drafts and you decide what gets sent. Today you can copy an email or download it to use in Gmail, Outlook, or any email program. Saving drafts directly into Gmail and Outlook is coming soon, and even then a draft is never sent without a separate action from you.

Are the grants it finds real?

Yes. Helpicorn finds opportunities on Grants.gov and the open web, and every result links to its official source along with the date it was checked. It explains why you may or may not qualify and notes anything uncertain, but it can't guarantee eligibility or funding, so always confirm the details with the funder before you apply.

What about my donors' privacy?

Your organization's information, files, and contact records are private to your workspace. Helpicorn doesn't sell data, doesn't build profiles of individual donors, and only uses your records to do the work you ask for. You can export or delete your data from Settings.

Is Helpicorn for faith communities?

Yes. Churches, synagogues, mosques, and interfaith groups can choose templates and language that fit their tradition. These settings are always opt-in and chosen by your organization, and Helpicorn never makes assumptions about anyone's beliefs.

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. Helpicorn isn't a lawyer, accountant, or tax advisor. It won't describe donations as tax-deductible unless your organization has confirmed its tax-exempt status, and it flags materials, like receipts and solicitation notices, that may need professional review.
